Tomorrow we officially leave to Georgia. As you can see Nick has prepared himself for the trail by shaving off his hair. "Survivor Dave" is picking us up in Gainesville and giving us a ride to Mt. Springer where the trail officially begins. It is snowing in GA right now, so it might be an interesting first few days. We will start hiking on March 3rd, so maybe the snow will be gone by then. Well wish us luck!!!

The Appalachian Trail

Whoa, that is not what I expected to see. I guess I never thought about what Nick would look like without hair...for that matter now without a beard or hair! Weird.
